Covid 19 Information

As of Monday 23rd March, Offord Primary School is having to close its doors to the majority of the pupils.

Parents and children are being contacted regularly through the Parent Hub school and class channels. Daily activities are being suggested that cover a wide range of subjects and work has been set through our normal online programmes.

As well as the learning activities being recommended, the teachers really want to encourage the children to use this time to follow their own interests and find time to develop new skills. All the staff are really looking forward to welcoming the children back to school tosee and hear about their work and new skills that have been developed and worked on during the time the school is shut.

The staff hope that the children at home are joining in with the activities that the Key Worker children who are still attending school are participating in each day. 9am sees a daily work out with Joe Wicks and 11am it is 'Elevenses' with David Walliams reading his stories.

All the staff can't wait for the school to reopen. Please stay safe until we can welcome you back through our doors,

If you need to contact the school during this time please email or try calling between 8.30 and 3.30pm however, as the school office is not being manned full time during our closure, the phone may not be answered.
