Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

Offord Primary School aims to provide an inclusive, happy, stimulating and challenging environment where everyone’s potential is valued, enabling them to become confident members of the wider community with respect for themselves and others. Our SENDCo is Mrs Hannah Mooring. She can be contacted via the school office office@offordprimaryschool.org

We are committed to providing equal opportunities, high quality education and care for all children in school, so they can reach their full potential. We strive to eliminate prejudice and discrimination and develop an environment where all children flourish and feel safe.

This report, which can be downloaded from the panel on this page, outlines how Offord Primary School supports children with SEND.

All schools must adhere to the SEND Code of Practice, 2014 (updated 2015) Which can be found here. The document guides all our practice and policies on how we meet the needs of children with SEND.

The Cam Academy Trust’s SEND framework can be found here
